2024 NORRA Mexican 1000 and NORRA 500 Race Dates Released.

The 2024 NORRA Mexican 1000 will be held Friday, April 26th to May 3rd. Registration and technical inspection is in Ensenada, BC Mexico on the 26th and 27th. On Sunday the 28th, competition begins as the course travels to San Felipe. Safari participants will spend the night in El Rosario. On Monday the 29th, the cars, trucks and UTV’s travel to Bay of Los Angeles and the bikes and Safari go to Guerrero Negro. On Tuesday the 30th, everyone is back together in Loreto. On Wednesday the 1st we arrive in La Paz. The final day of timed competition is on Thursday the 2nd when we travel from La Paz to San Jose Del Cabo. The awards ceremony on Friday, May 3rd in San Jose Del Cabo includes a huge fiesta and fireworks show on the beach. Each night the race stops in a unique town in Baja where you will have time to take in the sites, sample the local cuisine and do any repairs or maintenance needed to your vehicle. The multi-day, stage race format gives you the opportunity to meet new friends, spend time with your team and rub elbows with icons of the sport, current professionals and your average joe who is living their dream of racing in Baja.

The NORRA 500 will take place Thursday, Oct 24th through Sunday Oct 27th; also starting in Ensenada, BC Mexico. The format of the 500 consists of two unique, 250 mile courses. The logistics are much easier for the teams compared to a full peninsula run so your crew can concentrate on having fun. It’s the perfect opportunity to invite friends and family to go racing in Baja without having to rough it. They can stay in any one of the incredible resort hotels in Ensenada.
