The following can be done at any time:

  1. Log into your NORRA account. Create an account if you don’t already have one
  2. Fill out or update your driver profile
  3. If you are entering a vehicle, fill out the vehicle information and add a photo
  4. You may enter a credit card to be on file. Nothing is actually charged to the card, but it saves a little time when you register.

After registration opens for an event:

Making an Entry

  1. Make sure you have already added your vehicle
  2. Click on the appropriate button to make your regular or Safari entry for the event. See below for an example of the entry button:

  3. Follow the prompts. If you are entering on behalf of someone else, be sure to uncheck the box that says, "I am the driver of record".
  4. After you have paid, select your entry number (except Safari)
  5. Return to registration and use the "Build Your Team" button to add the names and email addresses of any co-drivers/navigators/riders you have paid for. It works best if you provide the email address of their NORRA account

Wristband Types

  • Driver of Record — automatically added at the time the entry is made. The Driver or Rider of Record must drive/ride the first or last special stage for at least one day of the event (see the general rules). The wristband includes access to the welcome and finish line parties, as well as the awards.
  • Co-Driver — the co-driver wristband is for anyone on the vehicle who may also drive it. The co-driver must have a valid driver’s license (from any country). It includes access to the welcome and finish line parties, and the awards.
  • Navigator — the navigator wristband allows someone to ride on the vehicle, but not drive it. It includes access to the welcome and finish line parties, and the awards.
  • All Party — for crew, friends, and family. It includes access to the welcome and finish line parties, and the awards.
  • Awards Party Only — for those attending only the awards party

Entering as a co-driver/co-rider or navigator (prepaid)

If you will be on the vehicle and your fee has already been paid, look for the button pictured below, or click on the link that was emailed to you. If you don’t have the email or the button, ask your driver of record to update your email address on the entry to be the same as the one on your NORRA account.

Making Changes

Vehicle Changes If you made the entry, you may edit the vehicle at any time. If you are changing to a different vehicle, go ahead and add the new vehicle and contact us to update your entry.
Class Changes Contact us to change your class. Tech inspection makes the final determination as to what class your entry can run in. Note that different classes have different fees.
Entry Number Changes Contact us to request a number change. Note that if a different team has run a number in the current or prior year, you will not be able to select it. If the same team makes their entry in different NORRA accounts from one event to the next, we’re happy to update your number to be the same as what you ran before.
Team Changes The person who made the entry may add and remove any team members they paid for. Contact us for changes to co-drivers who paid for their own registration.
Wristbands To add wristbands, log into the account that made the entry and use the "Build Your Team" button. Others can add party wristbands (all parties and/or awards party only) from their own NORRA account. Contact us to remove or exchange wristbands.
Emergency Info Changes All team members are responsible for keeping their profile, emergency contact, and medical information up-to-date. Uploading a copy of your passport helps us help you in case of accident or medical evacuation.
Credit Card on File If you chose to pay for your entry in payments, you may change the credit card that is automatically charged.
