The NORRA 500 is the event that’s easy to race and easy to chase. The entire crew will have the best time ever racing in Baja. Both days of rally format racing will take place on unique courses that start and finish in iconic locations offering exciting spectator opportunities. On Friday, 4 wheeled competitors will take the green flag at Rancho Nelson. Safari and bikes will be on separate courses, but everyone will finish at the iconic Horsepower Ranch for a celebration. Saturday will have the same format of separate loops, but the 4 wheeled competitors will take the start at the short course in Estero Beach. Everyone will finish back at Estero Beach for the finish line celebration. The short course starts will be exciting and the NORRA TV Live feed will be sending coverage of the 4 wheeled vehicles, Safari and Bikes from all over the course.
If you’re not a racer, NORRA has the Meyers Manx Safari Expedition that is unique to NORRA. It is a guided tour of Baja that puts you right in the mix of the Mexican 1000 or NORRA 500. Your guides are seasoned Baja regulars like Curt Leduc. It is open to street legal vehicles that are capable of off road travel. Participants will take the green flag each day, follow parts of the racecourse, and have time for photos, scenic vistas, and local fare. You will see the Baja that only the most seasoned Baja travelers know.
