NORRA Mexican 1000 Competitors Online Meeting and Open Q&A
Everyone is invited to attend an open question and answer session about the 2025 NORRA Mexican 1000. The online meeting takes place at 6:00pm Pacific time on Monday, February 24th. NORRA staff will be in attendance to answer any questions you have about the event. NORRA has made many changes for the 2025 season so we recommend you both review the rules online and stay informed about new procedures that have been put in place for safety and a smooth event for your team.
Registration is currently open at www.norra.com. We invite those who have not yet entered to attend the meeting. We hope you will decide to join us on the greatest Baja racing adventure; the NORRA Mexican 1000. No other racing series has a more diverse field of cars, trucks, buggies, motorcycles and UTV’s competing. NORRA entries span the entire history of over 50 years of offroad racing. In order to accommodate such a diverse collection of race vehicles, the overall classification structure is determined by the era of racing the vehicles competed in. That way, competitors can be matched against similar vehicles and bikes that all have the same technology.
NORRA also has the Meyers Manx Safari Expedition which is for modified street legal vehicles. The Safari Expedition is a guided tour that follows parts of the race course, but also takes in some points of interest and great food along the route. There are many ways to take part in NORRA’s Baja events. Chances are that you have a vehicle capable of participating sitting in your garage right now.
NORRA created sanctioned off road racing in Baja back in 1967. Everything you need to know about the Mexican 1000 and NORRA 500 can be found at www.norra.com. Go to the site and find out for yourself why NORRA has exploded in popularity. You can experience the same wonder and sense of achievement those early thrill seekers sought in the 1960’s today when you join NORRA in Baja. Don’t miss out on the competition and adventure of racing in Baja.
