Trackside Photo Makes Its Return
At The Yokohama NORRA 500
From 1969 to 2015 Trackside Photo had covered the entirety of Off Road racing. Now they are back on active duty in Baja with the NORRA 500 & NORRA 1000. “NORRA is where Trackside Photo started and it’s only fitting that’s where Trackside makes its return,” Said Art Eugenio, owner of Trackside Photo. “I spent my first decade as a photographer assisting Jim Ober and learning the trade. I’m looking forward to continuing the Trackside Photo legacy.”
Established in 1969 by the late Jim Ober, Trackside Photo started its tenure at the NORRA Mexican 1000. From there Trackside covered every Baja race for the next 46yrs. Over the years Trackside Photo held the position of official photographers at the Long Beach Grand Prix, Mickey Thompson Entertainment Group and SCORE International where they won the Photographer of the Year award a record 17 times. Trackside Photo is well known to have the most extensive archive of historic Off Road racing images in the world.
Starting at the NORRA 500, Trackside Photo is offering affordable packages of professional photography to the racers. Please email sales.tracksidephoto@gmail.com for inquiries or see us at registration to sign up. No other racing series pays tribute to the history of offroad racing while also providing the memories and camp fire stories that will be told by future generations like NORRA does. The NORRA 500’s 2-day loop race format is intended to reduce complicated planning and logistics. It’s an event that racers can easily manage with friends and family. If you have always wanted to bring your family and friends to see what NORRA is all about, or want to get your feet wet racing in Baja, this is the event for you!
