Helmet Rules for 2026 NORRA’s Baja 6 Day Rally

NORRA has received several inquiries about the use of SA2015 approved helmets at the NORRA’s Baja 6 Day Rally April 30 – May 8. Due to a lack of supply of helmets with the SA2025 certification, SA2015 approved helmets in good condition can be used for this event. As long as the SA2015 helmets are undamaged and carry a certification sticker they will be allowed. It’s a good idea to check all your safety gear to make sure it’s in compliance. All safety items will be examined during technical inspection. Any safety components that are damaged, degraded or worn out will need to be replaced with current approved items.
