MAG 7 Pit Support for 4 Wheel Racers at the 2026 Mexican 1000
Supporting Baja Racers Since 1967!

The Magnificent 7 Desert Pit Services team supported off road racers at the very first NORRA race in 1967 and will be there for you at the 2026 NORRA Mexican 1000!

This year’s NORRA Mexican 1000 course will be epic! Accordingly, MAG 7 will provide 9 pits. Pits are placed where you will probably need them the most. You will be supported through the sections of the course when fuel may not be available from a gas station or where chase trucks cannot go.

As we have done in the past, MAG 7 offers two levels of service:

• “Full Service” - Includes temporary repairs, field support and fueling services at all pits. Fuels offered include 91 pump gas along with 95, 100 and 110 by special arrangement (see below). As part of this service, racers pre-order fuel to be purchased, hauled to the pit location, and provided by MAG 7 crews.
• "Emergency Only" - Provides temporary repairs and other field support on course but no fuel services.

All MAG 7 pits include crew assistance, generators, welders, lights, air, tools, and other important pit gear.

For the 2026 NORRA 1000, Mag7 pit locations will be:

April 30 & May 1 - Ensenada
Day 0 "Pit 0" - MAG 7 HQ Ensenada (Campo Playa RV Park)
MAG 7 “Pit 0” HQ at Campo Playa RV Park on Boulevard las Dunas in Ensenada will be open during Registration/Tech for pick up for your pre-ordered fuel and spares drop off. Spares for Days 2-5 must be dropped off by Thursday at noon.

May 2, Saturday – Ensenada to San Felipe
Day 1 Pit 1 – Hwy 3 Km 79
Day 1 Pit 2 – San Matias

May 3, Sunday – San Felipe to Bahia de Los Angeles
Day 2 Pit 1 – El Huerfanito
Day 2 Pit 2 – Las Codornices

May 4, Monday – Bahia de los Angeles to San Ignacio
Day 3 Pit 1 – El Arco

May 5, Tuesday – San Ignacio to Loreto
Day 4 Pit 1 – San Juanico
Day 4 Pit 2 – Canipole

May 6, Wednesday – Loreto to La Paz
Day 5 Pit 1 – Puerto Chale
Day 5 Pit 2 – El Conejo

NORRA will provide additional information to racers regarding exact locations for all MAG 7 pits in the mileage summary, the race books, and on your Stella tracker. All MAG 7 pits will monitor the NORRA online Discord groups and radio 153.380 MHz which should be pre-programmed into most race radios as “MAG 7”.

Pricing* for the 2026 NORRA 1000 is:

• “Full Service” - $850 (You must purchase fuel separately on the MAG 7 website when you sign up.)
• “Emergency Only”- $250.

SAFETY NOTE: For safety reasons, all racers are limited to ordering 15 gallons of fuel at each MAG 7 pit.
